I had to reblog this to express the stupidity of this positioning.
It honestly makes me sad when people stereotype high school kids who are in relationship as uncommitted. What I mean by that is, when someone thinks that just because someone’s in high school, it means that they’re relationship won’t last - or even can’t last.
I for one can say that, yes, it does take a lot to make a relationship work when you have the stresses of school, but doesn’t that happen in any relationship? Sure, it might not be school that’s causing stress, but there’s always things that may cause problems; no relationship is perfect rainbows and butterflies. &I can also say that, yes, a high school relationship requires maturity*, as with any relationship. (*Sometimes - again, as with every relationship, you’ve got to have fun and goof off sometimes, because that’s also important.)
My point is, just because two people are in high school (or even one person is, and the other has graduated), it doesn’t that they can’t have an amazing relationship; it doesn’t mean that they can’t make it.
Who knows what they’ve been through already? Maybe they’ve been to hell and back, just to keep they’re relationship. You don’t know, so stop stereotyping.

It’s so easy, isn’t it?
You’re simply going through the motions - half-conscious, disoriented in a way, until you’re suddenly jerked fully awake, realizing that you’ve been screwing up a lot. You start realizing all of what it is that is going on. You hope that this sudden consciousness is not too late - sooner, rather than later. You quickly piece things together and start trying to get your act together. You try, and try, but is it soon enough? You can’t tell yet.
You think, you take a step back, you look at everything, and try to figure out what to do. You ask others for help, guidance, anything; but they’re too busy - probably trying to figure out the same thing: Where am I going? What am I doing?
It’s easy to fall into a slump and then suddenly “wake up” from it, not really knowing where to go or what to do. But how do you solve it?
Find your inspiration.
